The Centre at VitaZen is Smith Mountain Lake’s premier yoga studio. It is a 900 square foot studio attached to our retail store VitaZen. The studio is fully equipped. We have mats, blocks, straps and blankets available for use. All you need to bring is a willingness to practice!

Tickets may be purchased at VitaZen either before or after class. The fee is $12 per class. Discounts are given for those wishing to purchase ticket packets: 4-$42 or 10-$95. Tickets are good for all classes and never expire. We also offer a $89 monthly unlimited pass. This pass is good for 1 month from the day you purchase it and is good of all classes and sessions.

We also have Zoom classes for the ageless yogis as well as studio classes. Zoom classes are scheduled 2 times a week and are purchased monthly (no subscription) via online invoice, via phone, or in person. The fee is $65 per month.

The Centre is located at 12787 Booker T Washington Hwy Suite 103 Hardy, VA. It may be accessed through VitaZen or its own separate entrance in the rear parking lot.
