From the Chair to the Mat
This 2 part 75 minute series is designed to transition your chair practice to a mat practice.
We will focus on the basics, something “not so simple as” getting up from the mat.
The 2 classes are $25 total and registration is required. Limited to 10.
First class starts Wednesday February 28th 2024 and ends on March 6th 2024

Yogalates
This class will combine the best that Yoga has to offer through mind/body awareness while building on the Pilates series of movements to create a strong core to improve your posture. The two together create a wonderful synergy to improve your mind and body to move better throughout your day.
This class will be an hour long class for six weeks. It will begin with and end with our traditional yoga movement and then move into learning the Joseph Pilates series of mat abdominal exercise. Each week we will build on what has been learned the week before but that does not mean you will be behind if a class is missed. As usual in Yoga class we will end the class with poses to slow our bodies and minds down to relax in Savasana.
The 6 classes are $65 and registration is required. Limited to 12.

Chair Class
Join us TWICE a week for Chair Yoga. Mondays at 1pm. Continue your practice Fridays at 11am. This is an all-level chair yoga.
Yin Yoga Session
90 Minute Session / Limited Spaces Available. Pre-registration Recommend.
Friday March 22, 2024, 6pm. Price: $20 (or two tickets or it is included with monthly pass)
Yoga Teacher Training
200 Hour Certification / 100% In-Person Training Stay tuned for future dates. The Centre at Vitazen Yoga Teacher Training is for anyone who would like to become a certified yoga teacher or deepen your yoga practice. The course will integrate a variety of yoga traditions. It will include breathing, meditation, anatomy, ethics, physiology, assisting & correcting, philosophy, yoga sutras, teaching styles and qualities of a good teacher. This course meets the current guidelines set by Yoga Alliance so you can register once you complete the course. Limit to 6 people so get your spot soon!
